Shipping and Returns


Shipping:

All orders $50 or more ship free!

Orders placed by 3pm PST will ship same day.

Order Processing: In most cases, all orders will ship within 1-3 days of placing your order. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option sele

Shipping delays happen. Shipping companies get packed down, holidays create chaos. In the case of a shipment delay, here is what you can do:

USPS: USPS does not guarantee their ship times. If you have not received a shipment within 5 business days, please notify us, and we will assist with tracking.

Again, please note that if you select USPS as your shipping method, your package MAY NOT arrive on the expected delivery date as they are not a guaranteed service, and Vape by the Sea is not liable for crediting for late or missing packages.

We will not be held responsible for any goods once they are shipped and leave our premisesWe will do our best to help a customer retrieve it. However, it is important to understand that you, the buyer, will take responsibility for any and all goods, purchases, or merchandise once they leave our location.  In case of loss or damages, we highly recommend you purchase the USPS insurance upgrade to protect your order.  

State Laws:

We currently do not ship to the following states due to current state regulations:

  • Arkansas
  • Utah
  • Vermont
  • California (San Francisco)

We will ship to all other states not listed above.

Returns:

We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of tanks, e-liquid, pods, closed system cartridges, and final sale items which cannot be returned under any circumstance. The Products must also be deemed DOA (Defective Upon Arrival) for us to issue a refund/return/exchange, and we cannot accept returns/refunds/exchanges on used hardware.  You must request a return authorization via our contact page prior to sending in your return.  Upon receipt and review of your return request, we will provide you further instructions.  All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that style in stock, we will issue you a refund.  Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges.
